    • We will help you understand where you are now, with a particular focus on how you got here. We will also look to the future to help you realise the value of your investment.

    • We will use a few key levers to assess the technology landscape such as; systems, data, integration, upstream and downstream business design and system demands.

    • We'll evaluate the current operating models, working methods, and governance.

    • We will complete an accelerated assessment of the user experience by conducting audience profiling to quickly understand the key pain points inhibiting adoption. 
  • Roadmap review
    • We will assess the current planning, phasing, and deployment schedule to look at blockers or areas inhibiting success.

    • We will assess current planning to understand its impacts, such as other post-go-live delivery and technical changes. We will also look at other enterprise or strategic changes that could impact planning.

    • We will also look at any vendor roadmap areas which could impact progress.

    • We will then rebaseline your plan, considering all these factors, and agree an aligned roadmap.
  • Transformation programme realignment
    • This is a broader review of all facets, including the discovery work in the understanding phase and the roadmap's aims and ambitions.

    • We will discuss the programme setup and operating model in more detail, including the operating model design that would support in-life change.

    • Governance and ways of working issues.

    • We will review the key design decisions which were used in the delivery.

    • Address areas of underutilisation in the system based on what you have bought.

    • Address any broader system blockers or system architectural blockers.

    • We will then agree on a remediation delivery plan.
  • Vendor engagement
    • We will work closely with you to advise on the best ways to engage with your chosen vendor or vendors.

    • We will help you get the most from your relationships, as this is often where significant underutilised resources are available or where you need to know the best way to engage.

    • We can then agree on an engagement plan with you and your chosen vendor(s).
